Who Are We?
We are a club who put as much into cycling as we do into enjoying a very good social side. We organise and take part in a range of racing and touring events, with clubruns taking place every weekend throughout the year.
We welcome visitors from any part of the West Midlands and from elsewhere even if you are only staying in the area for a few days or so.
Where Are We?
The club has members from all over the Kenilworth, Warwick and Leamington areas. The club does not have a formal club room but meets every Saturday and Sunday morning throughout the year for a road ride. During the summer months regular evening training rides catering for all abilities from novice to racer take place.
Where Do We Meet?
On Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9 o’clock outside the gates of Warwick Castle, next to the roundabout on Castle Hill in Warwick for a road ride. The Saturday ride is usually easier than the Sunday ride and is recommended for beginners to the sport.
Which Cycling Disciplines?
The club caters for all types of cyclist. On the road side we welcome everybody including novices, road racers, time triallers and triathaletes. The club also has an enthusiastic mountain bike section who orgnaise monthly rides all accross the UK.
Standard of Cyclists?
We cater for every ability from the beginner to the experienced and welcome newcomers on any of the rides. The first Saturday road ride of every month during the summer is specifically organised to suit newcomers to the sport.
The Club has a number of Awards/Trophies which are presented each year to the most deserving Club Member in each of the categories. These awards cover racing and non-racing activities and are presented at the Annual Dinner and Prize Presentation evening, which is held in December/January each year.
